Our Service & Repair Guidelines
Bikes can be complicated but getting the right level of service doesn't have to be. We are specifically trained to help evaluate your bike service needs so that no matter what your familiarity might be with bikes, you'll get exactly the right help. Our friendly staff will do our best to find the solution for your cycling needs.
Whenever possible, we perform on the spot Service. On the spot Service can include flat tube repairs and basic adjustments such as braking and shifting. This helps us get your bike ready for you much sooner than checking it in and it helps keep our Service Area for bikes that need more in-depth servicing. If we see that your bike needs more attention than we can provide in 10-15 minutes, we will suggest that you check your bike in for a 47-Point Inspection and will let you know what is recommended for adjustments and or parts. This ensures that you only pay for what you need!
All Services Include a quality and safety check by a second technician. Custom services not specifically listed are billed at $90/hr.
GREENSTREET BIKE CHECK

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER
The Greenstreet Bicycle check is a comprehensive 47-Point Inspection that educates you and provides documentation about your bike's condition and our recommendations. This comprehensive check is available to anyone coming into the shop for service. A $25+tax payment is required to drop off the bike for a full 47-Point Inspection.

We have the tools and knowledge to install parts or components onto your bicycle properly and to manufacturer specifications.

PRECISION ADJUSTMENTS

PROFESSIONAL ADJUSTMENTS
We can adjust any part on or off your bike to get it properly cleaned, lubricated and/or fastened.
We reserve the right to adjust prices according to complexity or level of difficulty. We will provide you with an estimate in advance of service. Your cost will not exceed the estimate.
Tune-Up Package Options
For the most comprehensive service and the best value, we recommend choosing one of our complete tune-up packages. We also offer a la carte bike repairs if you're in need of a minor fix or adjustment. We strive to complete your bike service quickly and accurately. Our mechanics will also perform a 47-point Greenstreet Bicycle Check as part of this tune-up, a $25.00 value. If you have an insurance claim, this Bicycle Check can discern between parts that just need a little tender loving care and those that need to be replaced. New components and installation are not included in the price of the tune-up.
TUNE UP: 5-STAR

For all riders, we recommend a 5-star tune annually to maximize the investment in your bike by extending life, reducing wear and improving performance. 5-Star Tune Up labor items include:
- Clean frame and wheels (does not include tires or attachments, ie: baskets, fenders, racks, etc.)
- Clean drivetrain
- True wheels in truing stand (there is an additional charge for bladed spokes)
- Adjust bottom bracket
- Adjust hubs
- Adjust stem
- Adjust headset
- Adjust brakes
- Adjust derailleurs
- Hydraulic Brake Bleed if Needed
- Tubeless Sealant Top Off if Tubeless is Already Set Up
- Lubricate chain, cables, and derailleurs
- Clean brake pads and braking surfaces

TUNE UP: 4-STAR

For regular riders, we recommend a 4-star tune one to two times annually to maximize the investment in your bike by extending life, reducing wear and improving performance. 4-Star Tune Up labor items include:

TUNE UP: 2-STAR

BASIC MAINTENANCE EXTENDS LIFE & REDUCES WEAR
We recommend periodically bringing your bike in for a 2-star tune-up after extended riding, when you hear a squeak, click or tick or just want assurance that everything on your bike is being properly maintained. The 2-star tune-up includes the following labor items:
- Adjust brakes
- Adjust derailleurs
- Lubricate chain, cables, and derailleurs
- Clean brake pads and braking surfaces
- Frame wipe down (NOT a full bike clean)
- 47-Point Inspection
*Please remove all accessories and personal items from your bike(s) before dropping off for Service.
Any items or accessories that need to be removed to complete a Service will have an installation fee applied.
Home Bike Repair
We recommend having a few products at home to help you keep your bike in excellent working condition between your annual tune-ups.
