What is a Retül Sizing?

A Retül Sizing is a one-on-one session between one of our trained staff members and a rider resulting in improved comfort, customizing your bike to better match your body. Sizings provide an excellent comfort and rider specific oriented setup that goes beyond selecting the properly sized bicycle frame and seatpost height. A Retül Sizing is a custom service that every rider needs on a new (or new to you) bike.

The Retül Fit Program was designed so that ALL riders can achieve comfort on their bike. There is something for every rider’s journey, whether they are completely happy the first day on their bike, or require a little more customizing.

When you purchase a bike, our staff will make sure your saddle height is set at a comfortable and safe position and that your brakes and shifters are set accordingly. We recommend that riders with new bikes come in for a sizing after they have a chance to ride the bike for at least 2 - 4 weeks and feel where they will need any adjustments. The rider can give their feedback on any areas in need of adjustments. The sizing process will minimize discomfort and/or numbness the rider has experienced during or after their rides.

At the end of the Sizing process you will get recommendations for:

These measurements are not set in stone but are given as starting points and can easily be changed to fit the rider and their riding style best. All recommendations that the rider is comfortable with will be adjusted on their bike and finalized before the Sizing is completed.
